Return Information

Every product you purchase is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

You can return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, without opening, damaging, or using the product. Please return the product with an enclosed letter or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number.

Inspect any packages you suspect were damaged during shipment in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you find any damage to the product, do not accept it and make a record with the courier company. Returns of opened, used, damaged, tested, or otherwise altered products will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for returning the product in its original condition and, if the product has been used, for covering any loss in its commercial value.

When the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the date it reaches us. The refund for credit card payments may take 2-6 weeks as determined by your bank. Our company has no control over this period.


If any damage, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tear, use, or any other condition is detected in the product or its packaging, and the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the price will not be refunded.

For any issues that may arise with the product after it reaches the customer, please contact the authorized service centers of the manufacturer.

In cases where products are returned in accordance with the above conditions, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee, and the shipping fee specified in the invoice will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds for wire transfers will be made within 2 business days, and refunds for credit card payments will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds on the same day. In such cases, you should contact your bank's credit card service. After the status "Cancelled" appears for your order, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank where you made the transfer.
